I am frankly overwhelmed at the amount or responses I've gotten regarding my post on BBWs, and I'd like to thank everyone who took the time to write to me.  For the most part, it seems that my statements seem to echo a lot of your sentiments regarding a love of larger women.

I did receive one very interesting response from a redditor, I'll be referring to her as Mrs. L, regarding this issue, and (having secured her permission) I'd like to share it with all of you:

I have to say it...I am a "BBW" and really am bothered by being put into a "fetish" category. I get that face sitting, that thing where guys like to get body slammed (don't remember the name) are usually BBW-centric fetishes, but its hurtful and dehumanizing to me to be labeled as a walking talking fetish rather than a human being.

On a positive note, I really enjoyed the way you broke down the different categories so to speak. I found it really interesting!

Now, I have to say that this type of reaction was definitely a concern of mine while writing the original post.  I understand that there is often a negative social connotation surrounding the word fetish, and I also know that subjects like this can be very sensitive issues.  Having been on the receiving end of some less that pleasant comments regarding my own "deviations", I find that treating issues like this (and the people involved) respectfully is very important to me.  Here is a copy of my response (posted on reddit) to the above critique:

First and foremost, I'd like to apologize if my post made you feel dehumanized or hurt. That was never my intention. A majority of my writings tend to focus on various fetish aspects, but I never mean to imply that a person's feelings should be ignored. For me, fetishes are the most fun when they can be shared with someone you care for. The act of losing yourself in such raw sexual activity can only be truly achieved in an environment built around trust.
In regards to feeling like a walking fetish rather than a human being, that's a bit more difficult. I would be lying if I said that the first thoughts to fly through my mind upon encountering a BBW weren't graphically sexual in nature. It doesn't mean that I think of the woman as any less of a person, however. In my experience, it is entirely possible to be both a sex object and a person (I also personally love being a sex object, though, so I may be a bit biased).

Yes, there will always be people who will view you as nothing but a vehicle for their desires, but that's not exactly limited to BBWs. The important thing to realize is that there are just as many, if not more, who will be attracted to you for who you are as well as what you look like.

I hope this reply serves to undo any hurt the original post may have caused, or (as my rambling seems to be growing ever more incoherent as the minutes tick past) I hope it at least has not made things any worse.
Hopefully, you will give my writings another chance, and perhaps I can leave a better impression on you the next time. :)

My Favorite Fetishes II: BBWs

First of all, I know I said that I'd talk more about hypnosis this time around.  I've gotten a couple of e-mails on this subject recently, though, and I thought it might be nice to talk about it.  The hypnosis talk is still coming, though, I promise!

Secondly, this post is going to contain pictures that might not appeal to everyone.  That's the nature of many fetishes, and that's okay.  I won't spend time apologizing for the post, however, as I'm a firm believer that, as long as all parties involved are consenting and of legal age, people shouldn't have to apologize for what turns them on.

Third, and finally, while I do have a great fondness for large women, I am by no means discounting women of other body types.  I am an unashamed lover of feminine beauty in all forms: short, tall, fat, thin, etc.  In fact, there are several instances where I am also attracted to the waifish look (such as my predilection towards slender trans-women, but that's another post entirely.)

Now, for those of you that are interested in the topic, and I know there are plenty of you out there, the real (plump and squishy) meat of the discussion is after the break.

My Favorite Fetishes I: Feet

Well, Trick or Treat! Smell My Feet! has now been live for about a week, and, since I've received a lot of positive response around it (and a few requests to expand on the topic further), it seems apropos to discuss what happens to be one of my first (and, to this day, strongest) fetishes: feet!

They're also much easier to ogle!

I absolutely adore feet, women's feet to be specific, and I'm far from alone.  Aside from being one of the most pervasive of the fetishes (studies have estimated that upwards of 47% of the population prefer feet to the other parts of the body), it's also quite old with recorded observances dating back to the 12th century.  Some researchers theorize that foot fetishism developed during times of high STD risk as a form of safe sex, and others intimate it with the rise of women into more dominant sexual-social roles.  Statistics and historical speculation aside, there are a number of us that just really, really love feet for a variety of reasons.

Now, I'm obviously not trying to speak for everyone here as I can only account for my own tastes.  Some foot enthusiasts prefer the presentation of the foot as a whole, while others focus on specific parts such as the toes.  For me, though, the fascination is clearly focused on the underside of the foot, the sole.  Beginning at the base of the heel and running all of the way to the pads of the toes, I can entertain myself for hours just exploring each and every crease and curve.

The tactile sensation alone is enough to send me spiraling into arousal, but hearing my (ever willing) partner moan softly as my fingers begin to caress and massage her feet at the end of a long day, well, it just drives me completely wild!  Whats more, she has since discovered that my fascination with feet (hers in particular) is so strong that all she has to do to get a foot rub is to place her feet somewhere in arms reach.  Well just be relaxing on the couch, and shell just casually stretch her legs across me.  Without fail, my hands will almost immediately gravitate to her feet and begin to slowly run up and down the lengths of her soles.  Sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it until Ive already started!  I'm not complaining, though.  Now, should her coy attempts fail to meet with the desired Pavlovian response, she will then begin to exploit another aspect of foot fetishism: olfactory triggers.

"C'mon, just one sniff won't hurt."

I don't know why, but, as many foot fetishists will attest, the smell of sweaty feet will trigger arousal almost instantaneously.  Even if I'm trying to resist the urges (not that I try very often, mind you, but there are just sometimes when it's inconvenient), I'm done for the second I catch a whiff of that scent.  This particular part of the fetish tends to have a lot of crossover into "stocking fetish" territory, and it's not difficult to see why.  In addition to being rather appealing to look at and touch, stockings spend all day absorbing sweat.  Even after having been removed, they hold onto that scent for days.  And my partner is more than aware of this!  If shes feeling extra devious, shell stretch her legs upwards so that her feet are just below my nose, and shell start wiggling her toes until the smell wafts upwards and short-circuits any resistance I may have left.  This is usually the point where we progress to my favorite part of the show: oral foot play.

Absolute bliss...

Once that smell has hit me, I'm done for.  Any and all conscious control flies completely out the window, and I become a mindless footslave.  I can think of nothing but running my tongue along every inch of her feet (for some reason, the instep is one of the hottest places for me to lick, but that's neither here nor there) and drinking in that delicious scent.  Whatever I'm focusing on becomes completely unimportant compared to the joy of sucking on those plump little toes and bathing her soles with my tongue.  And it's not just the act itself that gets me off, it's the symbolism, the devotion, the utter submission of it all.  There's just something so mind-numbingly orgasmic about it.  Even on my most Dominant of days, I can't escape the thought just zoning out and massaging her feet with my tongue while she casually unwinds from a long day at work.
